Trust us for exceptional, tailored herbal solutions. 2. Granules & Pills Granules: $45 / 60g (6–7 days) | $75 / 100g (10–14 days) Pills: From $30 Health Fund Rebate: Chinese Herbal Medicine Consultation (only) applies Note (Private Health Fund Policy): Private Health Funds cover Chinese Herbal Medicine Consultation fees ONLY. Herbal medicines (products) are not covered.

I consent to receive treatments after discussion of treatment and its benefits with the practitioner. By signing this form, I acknowledge that during the treatments there may be physical contact during massage, when inserting/removing acupuncture needles and during other treatments. I also understand that all bills are to be settled at the conclusion of each visit.
