Decoction (Liquid Herbal Medicine) Fees: From $350 (approx. 1 month) | Options available for 10, 20, and 30 days ($200 – $550) Health Fund Rebate: Chinese Herbal Medicine Consultation (only) applies At Glory TCM Clinic, our carefully selected herbs are brewed for 2.5–3 hours in specialized cookers to maximize effectiveness and save you precious time. Trust us for exceptional, tailored herbal solutions. 2. Granules & Pills Granules: $45 / 60g (6–7 days) | $75 / 100g (10–14 days) Pills: From $30 Health Fund Rebate: Chinese Herbal Medicine Consultation (only) applies Note (Private Health Fund Policy): Private Health Funds cover Chinese Herbal Medicine Consultation fees ONLY. Herbal medicines (products) are not covered.
Cancellation Policy
I understand by signing this form that the information provided is true to the best of my knowledge. Changes to the above should be advised upon future visits. I consent to receive treatments after discussion of treatment and its benefits with the practitioner. By signing this form, I acknowledge that during the treatments there may be physical contact during massage, when inserting/removing acupuncture needles and during other treatments. I also understand that all bills are to be settled at the conclusion of each visit.
